Terms and Conditions

Terms:

Prepaid with Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Accounts may be established with an approval credit applications. Terms for approved credit accounts are net 30 days. Creative Supports, Inc. reserves the right to withhold shipments for past due accounts.

 

Conditions:

Prices, availability and specifications are subject to change. Items may be discontinued at any time. 

 

Shipping:

We ship UPS. Charges are prepaid and added to your invoice. Freight shipments are freight collect. Extra charges will apply outside of the Continental United States.

 

Returns/Tech Support:

*Note* Office chairs are non returnable.  


Contour:  The end user or I.T. representative must contact Contour Design representative Bret Hudson, (603) 893-4556 ext. 302, or Jeremy Phillips, (800) 462-6678 ext. 118, if issues arise with the functionality of the models listed.  Contour will work to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and if they feel a replacement is necessary they will process the return of the old unit and send a new unit.  The end user is responsible for shipment of the old unit back to Contour Design.  The end user can reference Creative Supports, Inc. as the dealer of record on the sale.

 

Kinesis:  For repairs and upgrades please contact technical support (tech@kinesis.com) for an RMA number. If you need help urgently, please call 425-402-8100 (option 2). When you contact Kinesis or leave a message to request technical support, please provide the following information:

· Your name, phone number, city, and email address

· Kinesis product model and serial number (the serial number is very important!)

· Purchase date of Kinesis product and vendor name, if you know it

· Computer model and operating system (also important, since we serve so many different platforms)

· Details of your problem or question

Evoluent: For technical support, please contact  , they are usually very good about getting in touch with you shortly after the email is sent, or you can contact Customer Service at  1-650-355-2467. You can also contact Bradley Maris at bradley@evoluent.com, he will also assist you in any situation regarding defects.

Plantronics: If you need technical support or assistance installing the product call, call 1-855-765-7878 for 24 hour support.

  

Damaged Goods:

You are responsible for claiming shipping damage. If shipment arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact the carrier immediately. Before we can make any adjustment, you must file the damage claim with the carrier. Be sure to save packaging

 

Rush/Oversized Items:

In stock orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.  Items can be shipped Next Day Air upon request. Some heavy items require additional freight charges. Any additional shipping charges due to a rush or heavy items will be added to your invoice. Extra charges will apply for outside the Continental United States.
