Contour: The end user or I.T. representative must contact Contour Design representative Bret Hudson, (603) 893-4556 ext. 302, or Jeremy Phillips, (800) 462-6678 ext. 118, if issues arise with the functionality of the models listed. Contour will work to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and if they feel a replacement is necessary they will process the return of the old unit and send a new unit. The end user is responsible for shipment of the old unit back to Contour Design. The end user can reference Creative Supports, Inc. as the dealer of record on the sale.

You are responsible for claiming shipping damage. If shipment arrives damaged or with missing parts, contact the carrier immediately. Before we can make any adjustment, you must file the damage claim with the carrier. Be sure to save packaging
Items can be shipped Next Day Air upon request. Some heavy items require additional freight charges. Any additional shipping charges due to a rush or heavy items will be added to your invoice. Extra charges will apply for outside the Continental United States.
