- Prepaid payments accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Credit accounts available upon approval. Net 30-day terms for approved credit accounts. Shipments may be withheld for past due accounts.
- Prices, availability, and specifications subject to change without notice. Items may be discontinued.
- UPS is our primary shipping method. Prepaid shipping charges added to invoice. Freight shipments are freight collect. Additional charges for shipments outside Continental United States.
- Office chairs are non-returnable.

- Contact Goldtouch for customer support, sales, and product inquiries.
- You are responsible for filing claims for shipping damage or missing parts. Notify carriers immediately and retain packaging for claim purposes,as well as saving packaging.
- Next Day Air shipping available upon request. Additional freight charges may apply to heavy items. Extra charges for shipments outside Continental United States.
Contour: The end user or I.T. Representatives must contact Contour Design representative Bret Hudson, (603) 893-4556 ext. 302, or Jeremy Phillips, (800) 462-6678 ext. 118, if issues arise with the functionality of the models listed. Contour will work to troubleshoot the issue over the phone and if they feel a replacement is necessary they will process the return of the old unit and send a new unit. The end user is responsible for shipment of the old unit back to Contour Design. The end user can reference Creative Supports, Inc. as the dealer of record on the sale.
