AF504 Affirm Mesh Mid-Back Task Chair
The Office Master AF504 is the starting point of the Affirm mesh range, a mid-back task chair built around OM's "frameless" mesh back, where the mesh carries to the edge without a hard perimeter frame. The result is a back that flexes with the sitter rather than presenting a rigid boundary, and a chair that stays visually light in an open-plan floor.
Mesh earns its place in warm rooms and for anyone who sits for long stretches: it moves air rather than trapping it. The mid-back height suits desk work where a full high back would feel like a wall, benching, open plan, hot-desking and touchdown spaces.
It runs the Simple Synchro mechanism, with seat and back tilting together, one locking position and a tension knob. Straightforward enough that people actually use it.

Mesh, arms and options
Mesh is supplied in Nightfall Black as standard, with Starlight Silver available at no upcharge. A knitted "Neighborhood Collection" backrest overlay is optional in nine colors. Seat upholstery price shown is Grade 1; Grades 1 through 5 plus LG1-Evita leather, LG2-Lena and LG3-Volcano are all selectable above, and C.O.M. is available on request.
Arms are chosen above: go armless, or add KR-25 height-adjustable arms (+$40.00) or KR-200 height- and width-adjustable T-arms (+$66.00).
