The SpaceArm SS01QC from Adapt Global (formerly SpaceCo) is the sit-stand member of the SpaceArm family: a single-monitor arm built to follow you from a seated position up to standing height. It suits height-adjustable desks, shared workpoints, and any desk where one screen has to serve people of very different heights.
What separates it from the standard SpaceArm is the link between the gas-lift column and the screen. Where the standard arm carries a horizontal extension, the sit-stand arm uses a 45-degree extension that lifts the monitor as it reaches out, adding close to 4" of height over the standard arm. Combined with 14" of gas-spring travel, 7" above and 7" below the hub center, and up to 22" of reach, that is enough range to keep the top of the screen near eye level whether you are sitting or standing.
Mount type. The C-clamp grips the back edge of the worksurface and needs no drilling, which is the right answer for most desks and for anything leased. Bolt-through passes a fixing down through an existing grommet hole or one you drill, sits flush, and leaves the rear edge clear, choose it for thick tops, for heavier screens, or where a clamp jaw would foul a modesty panel.
Finish. Black or platinum, at the same price.
Height raiser. The arm sits on a riser extrusion, and the riser decides where the whole range of travel begins. The 4" riser is included at the price shown, the 6" riser adds $10.00, and the 8" riser adds $20.00. Choose it by how high the screen needs to go when you are standing rather than by how it looks seated, a taller riser lifts the top and the bottom of the range together.
