- Returns & Replacements
- If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, just call our Customer Service department within 10 days. Our friendly representatives will be happy to assist you in arranging a return for a credit of the purchase price less the freight expense when applicable. All returns must be in original packaging.

- We consider the security of your private data to be of the highest importance. Though we may store your personal information - including you name, address, phone number, email address and other contact information - within our system, we do not store your credit card or payment information locally. In order to better serve you and continually improve our service, we do collect information about the pages you have visited, your frequency of visit and other such information that may be trackable to your personal information. From time to time, we may share some of this information with our partners and associates, but only as an aggregate of that information and not in a way that can be tracked back to your personal information. - Prepaid with Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Accounts may be established with an approval credit application. Terms for approved credit accounts are net 30 days. Creative Supports, Inc. reserves the right to withhold shipments for past due accounts.
